The contact details you provide will be used within the scope of the DOMINO research project for the following purposes only: Exchange of information within the scope of the project, in particular answering enquiries.

No automated decision-making or profiling is carried out on the basis of this data material. There is also no intention of transferring the data in question to a third country or to an international organisation. The data processing in question is based on legitimate interests in accordance with Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR, which consist of being able to exchange ideas with those affected during the ongoing research project.
The contact details provided by you (email address, first name and surname) including the enquiry will be forwarded to the consortium partner responsible for the content of the enquiry (see logo bar at the bottom of the page), who will then answer your enquiry. There will be no further transfer of your enquiry and contact details to third parties beyond that. Correspondence is kept 4 years from the end of the process/validity and then (not automatically) erased, unless there is a special reason for storage in an individual case (e.g. ongoing civil dispute) that justifies or requires a longer retention period.
